Numbers, not recommendations

The site publishes data and calculations: prices, financial statements, ratios, screens, backtests, red-flag checks and event feeds. Accuracy

Numbers come from exchange data and company filings and are processed by our own code. Filings get revised, data feeds have gaps and code can be wrong. We correct errors when we find them or when they are reported, but we do not guarantee that any number is complete, current or correct. Always check the company's own filing before relying on a figure.

Past results

Backtests and historical studies describe what happened in the past under stated assumptions (price returns only, no costs or taxes unless stated). They do not predict future returns.

Red flags and scores

Red flags and F-scores are mechanical checks. A flag means a number deserves an explanation; it does not mean a company has done anything wrong. Many healthy companies carry a flag for ordinary reasons.
